01Find one person.
Two people who know each other and can meet in person are already a cell.

TH4F · LOCAL FIRST · PSEUDONYMS WELCOME
Find one trusted friend. Make one weird thing together.
That is enough to start. AI is welcome, never required.
Do this now: text one person and pick one small thing to make.
THE THESIS
The internet is good at finding people. It is less good at helping us trust them.
TH4F uses small local cells, pseudonymous coordination, voluntary visibility, and mutual care. In plain words: make with people you trust, use an alias if you want, and choose what the wider world gets to see.
AI is part of the workshop. It is not the whole identity. Use AI, a pencil, a sewing machine, a model, a laptop, or nothing new at all.
The point is making with people you trust.HOW A CELL WORKS
01Two people who know each other and can meet in person are already a cell.
02An image, character, prototype, song, tool, or meal around one laptop. Finished is optional.
03Cells grow through trust, not reach.
WHAT MAKING LOOKS LIKE
There is no single TH4F aesthetic or way to participate. Draw together, build a game, close the camera, or bring the character that helps you feel most like yourself.

VOLUNTARY VISIBILITY

Use a handle, fursona, avatar, mask, or ordinary name. Camera off is fine. Share work without turning yourself into content.
The cell is the unit of participation, not a profile or personal brand.
THE SIGNAL
It is an opener, not a password. If someone recognizes it, they can answer however they like. The signal never proves identity or trust; it only opens the door to a conversation.
OUR CHARTER
People before platforms. Consent before access. Strange attempts over spectatorship.
Start with the people in the room. Use the network only when it helps them.
Ask before using or sharing characters, photos, identities, private work, or personal information.
A curious attempt matters more than standing back and judging.
AI is welcome, never required. Pencils, models, laptops, sewing machines, and crayons count too.
If you figured something out, help the next person.
Discord can bridge cells to the network. It does not replace local trust.
WHAT COMES BACK
Movement building is its own reward. We also help your work find an audience. When hubs share demos with the wider network, we’ll blast them out to the TH4F mailing list. Big or small. Clean or scribbly. We celebrate the attempt, not just the polish.
The waitlist is the bridge to the wider network. One person may join for the whole cell, using an alias if they choose. The first larger TH4F event is planned for Q1 2027; date and format TBD.
