You do not need a team, a server, or a perfect plan. Start with one good conversation.
Talk to someone you trust who might enjoy AI, art, games, stories, or making things. Ask what they think. They might say no. That is okay. If they say, “I don’t think that way,” now you are talking.
Make one small thing
Pick something you can finish in one afternoon. Make an image, a character, a song, a tool, or a silly test. Finished is optional. Showing up is the first win.
AI can be part of the workshop. It does not have to be. Use a pencil, a model, a sewing machine, a laptop, or whatever helps you get the idea out.
Keep the room yours
Ask before sharing a person, character, photo, or private work. A handle or avatar is enough. You can keep your camera off. You can share only what you want to share.
You are ready when you have one trusted person, one small idea, and a time to meet.
